Dynamic Learning requires JavaScript in order to work. Normally JavaScript is enabled by default, but below are some instructions for checking that everything is configured correctly.
The site www.supportdetails.com will show you whether or not JavaScript is enabled, which operating system and browser you're using, and which version of Flash you have installed.
NB: JavaScript is not the same as Java. You won't need to download any additional plugins – it's a feature of the browser itself. Conversely, enabling Java does not necessarily mean that JavaScript is enabled.
In Firefox, go to the Tools menu and pick Options....
In the Content tab of the Options dialog box, make sure Enable JavaScript is ticked. Then click OK.
If you're using a PC, click the "cog" icon to the right of the address bar and select Preferences....
In the Security tab of the Preferences dialog, make sure that Enable JavaScript is ticked. Then close the dialog box.
On a PC, click the "spanner" icon to the right of the address bar and pick Options. In the Options panel, go to Under the Hood, then click Content settings.... In the Content Settings dialog, go to the JavaScript tab and select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended). Then Close all dialogs.
